All papers, including invited and contributed papers, will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by two or three experts from the relevant committees. All accepted papers ofETMIS 2026 will be published inAdvances in Computer Science Research (ISSN: 2352-538X) and submitted for indexing in Inspec and CNKI. The Organizing Committee may, at its discretion, submit the proceedings to EI for evaluation, but the final decision regarding EI indexing rests solely with the relevant indexing authority.
Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
